Plot Overview
Three years after the events of the first movie, Bill Williamson returns with a new plan—far more ambitious and deadly. He believes society is corrupt, the government is oppressive, and the world is headed toward collapse. Convinced that drastic action is necessary, he begins a meticulously planned operation to force the public to confront what he sees as the truth.
